Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! gift cards can be purchased on the website. There are set amounts to choose from or you can choose a custom amount to enter.

There is no expiry date for these gift cards. they are an eGiftcard format so you should receive it in your email inbox. 

What are the payment options?

At the moment payment is only available via card payments online.
Paypal is not available.
More payment options may be available in the future

What is your return policy?

Returns can be made easily and are free.
You have 30 days to return the item once received by mail.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! commissions can be accommodated accordingly.

Items you can purchase in the shop can also be personalised. I also make custom items and can work up a pattern that you have purchased.

How long does it take for a custom piece?

It entirely depends on the piece itself.
whether it be a small or large piece I give a period of 2 weeks. This is only an approximate time period but is the standard time frame for all custom pieces.
